- “Project” means any work undertaken after agreement or invoice acceptance.
- Use of Website
You agree to use our Website lawfully. You must not hack, attack, copy content, or misuse the platform. - Services Provided
We offer web development, e-commerce setup, SEO, SMM, hosting, branding, and custom solutions. - Payments & Billing
4.1 Upfront Payments: Most projects require 100% upfront or a fixed activation fee.
4.2 Monthly Fees: Hosting/maintenance renew every 30 days. Non-payment may pause services.
4.3 No Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once work begins. - Project Timeline
Timelines depend on client response, content delivery, and project complexity. Usually 3 day turnover for Basic Plans and 7 days for E-Commerce, 30 days for business and 60 days for premium - Revisions
Includes limited revisions per plan. Extra changes may incur charges. - Content Responsibility
Clients must provide all necessary content and ensure copyrights. - Hosting & Maintenance
We manage servers, backups, and security for subscribed users. Website may suspend for
non-payment. - Third-Party Integrations
We are not liable for errors from plugins, themes, or external services. - Client Cooperation
Clients must provide timely approvals and avoid scope creep. - Intellectual Property
Ownership transfers to client only after full payment except licensed items. - Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality. - Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for downtime, hacks without maintenance plan, revenue loss, or misuse.
